A note about Frazier's from the owners...
After careful and honest consideration, Stacey and I decided to close Frazier’s Bistro after 11 years.
We felt that the time for that particular concept, in that particular location- had passed, and that the time had come for a change.
To all of our many guests that had visited Frazier’s over the years, to our regulars that we came to know and enjoy so very much,
to our friends and neighbors that celebrated their special occasions at Frazier’s…
We want to say simply and genuinely, Thank You.
It has been our absolute pleasure to serve you what we think and hope were some of the finest meals in Raleigh.
Looking forward, we are very excited about the future of Hillsborough St. The end of the massive construction is within sight (the end of June/ beginning of July is the latest estimate),
bringing a fresh look and more parking (!) to the area.
To keep pace, our neighboring restaurant, Porter’s City Tavern is set to update the menu, with new and fresh ideas as well.
As for the space that Frazier’s occupied… we are excited about the challenge of creating a new concept that will match the renovation of Hillsborough Street.
And while no firm decisions have been made about that concept, there are two things that we know for sure.
-We promise to keep you updated on our process
-and we promise that whatever shape the new concept takes, we will carry on the Frazier’s tradition of outstanding food, and excellent service.
And who knows… maybe we’ll see Frazier’s again some day…
Warmly and Sincerely,
Kevin & Stacey Jennings
